Terms of use
Who provides the app
GironaGo is a free, unofficial app provided by snackva. By using it you accept these terms. Contact: gironago@snackva.dev.
What it is (and is not)
The app shows information about Girona's city buses: lines, stops, arrival times, alerts and a map. It is not the official app of TMG or Ajuntament de Girona and is not endorsed by either.
Accuracy of information
Arrival times and alerts come from the city's bus information system and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Bus positions on the map are estimates computed from arrival times; they are not real GPS positions.
Do not rely on the app as your only source for time-critical decisions. For official information, check with TMG or Ajuntament de Girona.
Availability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuity. It may change, be limited or stop, for example if the data source changes or becomes unavailable.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app or its server in a way that harms its operation or circumvents request limits.
- Do not scrape data automatically or use the server API outside the app.
- Do not try to reach third-party systems (including the city's) through the app, or overload them.
- Do not resell or redistribute the app or its data.
Data and intellectual property
Line and stop data comes from Transports Municipals de Girona (TMG) and Ajuntament de Girona (processed open data) and from a GTFS feed redistributed by the Spanish National Access Point (Powered by MITRAMS, transportes.gob.es). It belongs to its owners and is governed by their terms.
The code, design and icon of GironaGo belong to snackva. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and no liability is accepted for damages arising from incorrect information or lack of service. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version on this page is always the one in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights and courts that EU consumer law gives you.
